Fendris — Multi-Tenant Manufacturing ERP

Operations Paused

Fendris is a manufacturing ERP built to unify inventory, procurement, sales, production, workforce, and reporting in one operational system. Active operations are currently paused while I strengthen my core software engineering skills and develop the next technical foundation for the project.

  • Multi-tenant Prisma and PostgreSQL data model
  • Factory-scoped users and operational data
  • Role-based application permissions
  • Inventory, purchasing, sales, workforce, attendance, and payroll modules
  • Search, filters, forms, dashboards, and reporting interfaces
  • Deployed onboarding experience with demo data

60+ Relational Models

A Prisma and PostgreSQL data model designed around connected manufacturing and business records.

Factory-Scoped Data

Users and business records are associated with their factory to keep tenant data separated throughout application workflows.

Roles & Verification Flow

Role-based access is represented in the application, alongside an authentication flow with simulated two-factor verification.

Process

A clear process from scope to deployment

Projects are broken into small, testable milestones so the scope, progress, and next decision remain visible.

01

Define the smallest useful version

We identify the users, workflow, screens, data, permissions, and integrations required for the first practical release.

You receive a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, timeline, and milestones.

02

Build in testable milestones

Database structure, core workflows, and interfaces are developed in small functional stages rather than one large final delivery.

You review working builds and provide feedback at agreed checkpoints.

03

Review, deploy, and hand over

The agreed application is tested, refined, deployed, and delivered with the source code and essential setup documentation.

Communication remains direct, honest, and focused on the agreed scope.

About

Focused full-stack development for practical business workflows.

I’m Mayank Barak, a full-stack developer and BTech Computer Science student at Rishihood University.

I build new, database-driven web applications for SMEs and startups. My strongest proof of work is Fendris, a deployed manufacturing ERP proof of concept that I designed from the data model through the interface and deployment.

I currently focus on SaaS MVPs, admin dashboards, client portals, and internal business tools rather than standalone bug fixing or legacy maintenance.

Clear scope • Functional milestones • Honest communication

Start a Project

Tell me what your business is still managing manually.

Share the workflow, users, and current tools. I’ll reply with the smallest practical version I would recommend building first.

I currently accept new-build projects rather than standalone bug fixing or legacy maintenance.

Focused pilot projects typically start from $300. Larger modules are quoted after the scope is reviewed.
